I have several of the State Stamps now - and even a few of the Canadian provinces - to use in card-making and scrapbooking. I was trying to design a simple card with the focal point on the map of Hawaii. I found a left-over post-stamp frame that I'd made a couple of years ago (I never throw these things away!) and decided it would look cool around the image. The design papers are retired.
