Jack-O-Lantern

It's been awhile since I've carved a real pumpkin! I have been making the craft-type ones and have a little collection that I set out - very handy, but not quite the same. It was kind of fun, actually. I roasted the seeds and they turned out delicious!

Happy Halloween!

Happy Halloween to you too, my friend! Your Jack-O-Lantern is wonderful, and the seeds are always the best part. Have a great week, Sharli.

Super fun jack-0-lantern, Sharli! I'm glad you decided to carve one. And yes, the seeds are the very best part!

The girls carved their own this year, but Mommy still had to scoop out the pumpkin glop (as the girls call it). It was too slimy for them. LOL

Cute pumpkin face, Sharli! We haven't roasted seeds in years. But I do use the pie pumpkin to make beef stew inside it in the oven. I'll have to post about it soon. (We're home again and I'm anxious to get back to crafting too.)
