Hooray! Something that is NOT Ya-Ya!

This card was inspired by Tresa Black (HERE) - and you owe it to yourself to GO TO THE LINK and view her video tutorial. Tresa is one of the Close-to-My-Heart consultants that just continue to blow-me-away with her fun and creativity! The technique is about painting with bleach. Go on - go look, you won't regret it!

I wish I had happy news, but not really. My SIL is back in the hospital. I think this time it is just a "bump" in the road - not a gigantic pothole like some of our other set-backs. But I'm feeling rather blue about it anyway. She's been through SO much. She doesn't deserve this. Wahhhhhh.

ok. I feel better now. Thanks for letting me cry.
Hugs!

Great take on Tresa's tutorial. I love her and see all her youtube videos ... she's a hoot! You have to see her Bloopers videos .. too funny!

So sorry to hear that your SIL has hit a bump in the recovery road. Must be hard to see but I'm sure she'll pull through just fine. Will pray for her ... and you!

Oh goodness, I'm so sorry to hear about the bump on the road to recovery for your sil! I will think good thoughts that it's very temporary and she'll be back to smooth sailing, soon.

Your card is just beautiful. I've done some bleach stamping in the past and one of these days I will take the time to watch Tresa's videos! I know how amazing and funny she is.

And for the record, I have completely enjoyed your Ya-Ya layouts and would love to see more!

Hope you have a wonderful weekend, Sharli!

Love, Love, Love, Love this!!! Sorry your SIL is not doing so well. You deserve to feel blue. Thank you, though, for making my day with that beautiful card! I have NO IDEA how I got to be one of your favorite people, but I am truly honored and I LOVED the card. Thank you for always remembering me. HUGS!!! Until I can hug you in person, that will have to do!!!
